PARK CO., REALTORS® provides a comprehensive training curriculum for new agents along with a formal mentoring program. They offer ongoing education for all agents based on their needs. In January, friendly competition and utmost respect collide for a night of glitz, glamour and recognition for the past year’s work.
The team and their families embrace summer with food, drinks, yard games, inflatables, music and fun!
October gives way to a fierce costume contest where the team dresses up according to theme, enjoying a night of entertainment and giveaways.
Come December, team members and their spouses unite to enjoy delicious apps, desserts, cocktails and professional holiday photos.

Teamwork is at the foundation of our brokerage. Our “work family” supports one another in good times and bad, whether that’s by throwing baby and wedding showers or coordinating meal trains for those experiencing grief. We promote a win-win environment and celebrate each other’s achievements throughout the year in various ways.
2. What are you working on next for your culture?
Our “Rock Our World” group meets quarterly in an open, casual atmosphere to brainstorm ideas for how to improve the company and client experience. Our four other committees serve as the voice for where to invest our dollars in the community, what’s next on the agenda for “fun” and more.
3. What are some unique benefits your offer?
We’re all about birthdays and work anniversaries and celebrate them with monthly lunch outings (and cake, too!). Staff and employees also receive a paid birthday day off to spend as they choose. Because giving back is so close to our hearts, each staff member is given paid time off each month to volunteer their time and talent to the organizations they support. Employees also receive $150 each year to donate to a charity of their choice.

Having been in business for more than 65 years, we’ve learned the three things it takes to be successful in this industry: hard work, hustle and the right brokerage. We are continuously looking for individuals who have the fire to learn and the motivation to grow. From there, we provide the training, tools and resources needed to help them build their business.
