Highlands Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 2 Oz El Tesoro Reposado
- 3 Dashes Chocolate Bitters
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- .25 Oz Agave Syrup
- Garnish with Orange Peel and Luxardo Cherry
Directions
- In a mixing glass, muddle a Luxardo cherry and orange peel
- Add ice
- Combine all the ingredients
- Stir until chilled
- Strain into a rocks glass over a fresh ice sphere and garnish with an orange twist and a cherry
- Smoke using a smoke topper
