The People Have Spoken and WE FEST Listened—The "We Hear You" campaign has officially kicked off.

As the temperature rises, we eagerly anticipate the hottest festival of the summer, WE FEST. From the moment you arrive at Soo Pass Ranch and the sound of country music fills the air, a sense of community is felt. For years, this iconic festival has drawn country music lovers together for an unforgettable weekend of music, camaraderie, and memories that last a lifetime.

Despite the festival’s harmonious chords and infectious energy, the team behind WE FEST understands that perfection is a journey, not a destination. They recognize that the heart of their festival lies within the voices of their attendees, each one offering valuable insights, suggestions, and dreams to enhance the experience.

In response to feedback, WE FEST proudly introduces “We Hear You”–a groundbreaking campaign designed to amplify the voices of festival-goers and transform their suggestions into reality. This initiative symbolizes more than just a commitment to improvement; it embodies a profound dedication to the very essence of WE FEST–the people who make it what it is. “The festival was named WE Fest because the ‘we’ is important to us.” Sara Collins remarked, “We love getting feedback and ideas from our fans, whether it’s about which artists to book or what to offer between band performances.”

MORE PARKING AND OUTPOST BOX OFFICE

The NEW Hilltop Transportation Hub will offer more options for onsite parking at Soo Pass Ranch. A free and convenient shuttle drops guests off at the West Gate entrance. Private charter buses and rideshare drop-off and pick-up are also located here.

EAST VILLAGE ENHANCEMENTS

The East Village has expanded! It’s a fantastic spot to hang out with friends, grab drinks, get good food, play games, and visit sponsor and vendor booths.

Hours: 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday through Saturday.
Location: It is just outside the concert bowl, near the tunnel that leads to the eastside campgrounds.
Game Highlights: Annandale Paintball—step into the huge arena for a glow-in-the-dark battle, armed with specialized equipment to attack an alien invasion. Rest assured, you and your friends will be safe; only the aliens will be ‘hit’ with the paint. Other game: Next to the Red Bull tent and bar, they’ve got some giant games to play—

VIP BARS AND MENUS UPDATES

VIPs want faster access, more space and drink options. WE Fest has checked off all those boxes with the Fast Lanes, the brand-new VIP West Saloon and a new $5 VIP cocktail menu.

NEW FAST LANES

VIP Premium Platinum, Platinum, and Prancing Pony members will love the new FAST LANE entrance at the VIP East Gate. The new FAST LANE inside the seating area will offer easy access to the VIP East bar.

NEW PIT LAYOUT

The Nicolet Law Main Stage Pit is now open from side to side with easier access from the west side.

BACARDI COUNTRY CLUB ENHANCEMENTS

WE FEST has tweaked the tent’s position, so this year, the tent and front yard area have a full view of the Main Stage so you won’t miss a thing. There are still passes available but capacity is set at 600 so get them while they last.

ADA UPGRADES
