WE Fest 2025 returns to Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes, MN, from August 6–9 with yet another unforgettable weekend of country music, camping, and community. Whether it’s your first time or you’re a seasoned vet, here’s everything you need to know before heading out.
Getting There & Parking
The Hilltop Parking & Transit area, located at 130th St between County Hwy 22 and 260th Ave, is your go-to drop-off and parking zone. Free shuttles run from 1 P.M. to 2 A.M. to the West Gate. No overnight parking—vehicles must exit by 2:30 A.M.
Other options include the Detroit Lakes Shuttle from the Becker County Fairgrounds (runs Noon–2 AM, $15/day or $30 for all 3 days) and hotel shuttles run by Anderson Bus (check with your hotel for availability. Rideshare and charter bus drop-off zones are also available.
Tickets & Box Office Info
Will Call tickets must be picked up at the Outpost Box Office at 130th & County Hwy 22. Avoid Wednesday lines—pick up early if you can! If available, VIP and Reserved seat tickets can be purchased at the Outpost Box Office. General Admission tickets can be purchased at the ticket windows at West Gate, East Gate, and the VIP Gate between 12 P.M. and 10:30 P.M. Dates and hours can be found on the At A Glance page.

Wednesday, the fun begins at 6:30 PM with the kick-off party at the Barn Stage featuring Noah Hicks, Mackenzie Carpenter, and Pecos and the Rooftops.
Thursday through Saturday, gates open at 2 PM with music until midnight.

Security & Festival Conduct
Expect bag checks and checks at all gates. Weapons, illegal substances, glass containers, and outside alcohol are strictly prohibited. Please respect security staff and fellow attendees to keep the event safe and fun for all. Full list of rules can be found here.
Camping & Entry Procedures
All campers must have a Camp Access wristband and a concert ticket. Early access opens Tuesday, August 5. Expect delays on Wednesday morning during peak check-in. Vehicles are searched on entry. Campground toll booths are open daily from 10 A.M. – 10 P.M.
Essentials to bring: sunscreen, towel, lawn chairs, ID, chargers, rain gear, and a cooler (no glass containers). Outside food and drink are not allowed in the concert bowl.
If you don’t want to haul your chair, consider renting one from conChairto. Reserve before August 1 to claim a spot in the front section of the conCHAIRto area, located just behind Reserved Lawn Chair seating.
