Tiffany Vickaryous Hubbard
Introducing Tiffany Vickaryous Hubbard, the director of programming and marketing at SCHEELS Arena in Fargo. Tiffany’s journey in the events industry began in the busy music scene of Nashville, around 2015, when she first discovered her passion for bringing artists to their fans. She witnessed how connecting with the listeners can help an artist succeed in her early experiences at Nashville’s honkytonks and major country music festivals—later influencing Tiffany’s approach to event promotion and nurturing a love for the excitement and connectivity inherent in live events.
At SCHEELS Arena, Tiffany has worked to shape and standardize quality experiences that cater to the broad tastes of the area, for both unique individuals and families. From USHL hockey games with the Fargo Force to live concerts and family-friendly performances, making her role, as well as her personal mission, to ensure every attendee has a memorable time.
Promoting events at the arena involves meticulous planning as well as an understanding of the market. Tiffany’s history in the local and nonlocal industry gives her an edge in selecting acts. Since the shows at SCHEELS Arena are usually stops on national tours, Tiffany has come to understand the navigation nuances of artists’ routing and scheduling—another key factor in who stops in the Red River Valley.

Tiffany’s career in the teeming live events scene began in Nashville, TN around 2015, getting into the general industry of music promoting and eventually orchestrating after-parties for the CMAs to overseeing major country festivals—with no interest in being on the big stage herself, yet drawn to the industry, Tiffany found her niche. Now, at SCHEELS Arena, she blends her hospitality know-how and venue management skills to create memorable events. Whether she’s pairing fans with their idols or planning the logistics of a sports match, her passion for uplifting artists and connecting fans is filled with every event.
What To Do
SCHEELS Arena has long stood as a premier event space in the FM area, with its variety of acts, events, and community engagement, there has been a lot of foot traffic through its halls. So, here’s some “FYI’s” and “Did You Know’s” for thought.
- Parking should be fine, leaving might be tight—prepare to wait on your exit from the arena and follow the flow of traffic. Midwest Nice, remember!
- Speaking of, make your life a parking, security, and getting your desired snacks, and arrive when the doors open. You can find times and details about that online.
- You can get your tickets on Ticketmaster, and then Tiffany suggests you digitally download the tickets and add them to your wallet for ease of entry.
- When it comes to food and drink, you have plenty to choose from. Of course, you’ll find Dippin’ Dots at the family events and hockey games, as well as cocktails in addition to the classic beer at other events.

Best Mems!
Whether in the Midwest or the south, live music is live music, and there’s something special about that. Tiffany has been able to experience that at each concert she’s been a part of.
That One Moment
We’ve all felt that one moment at a concert when the energy peaks; when the light dims or the first beat. Tiffany remembers a recent moment at a Cole Swindell concert.
“He stopped singing, and you could hear over 4,000 people singing the same song at the same time in the same moment—how powerful. It’s moments like that, when the artists are connecting with the fans, and the fans are receiving what they’re giving, it’s just powerful,” Tiffany said.
A Family Affair
Something the SCHEELS Arena does well is bringing families together—a kid’s live show, a sporting event, or a reunion tour. “We had Foreigner last year, and to see the multi-generations of people coming out and experiencing that together—that’s cool. I have a 10-year-old who I’m starting to bring to concerts, and it’s really fun to have those memories with her,” she said.
Intl. Sensation & Local Meaning
In conjunction with the Fargo Marathon, SCHEELS Arena will host Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. At the end of the week-long celebration for the marathon’s 20th anniversary, and serving as a tribute to the late Mark Knutson, Tiffany is excited to bring this event to fruition.
“Being able to work with the Fargo Marathon for its 20th anniversary [will be] a really special concert. We started talking to Mark Knutson about this prior to his passing, so we’re excited to be able to work with the Fargo Marathon and have Joan Jett perform. A leading female rocker—I’m so excited about that!”
