Level 2: Weekly sessions + at-home workouts
Level 3: Twice-weekly sessions + at-home workouts

2. Physical Exam and Medical Review
The clinic screens for obesity-related conditions such as sleep apnea and evaluates current medications for any that might contribute to weight gain.
3. Advanced Body Composition Analysis
