701 Eateries: Brunch, Rooftop Vibes, and Amazing Lunch and Dinner

At 701 Eateries, brunch, isn’t just a weekend add-on, it’s a summer celebration.

A big part of that momentum comes from the kitchen team, including chef Lauren Zobac, formerly of BernBaum’s, who’s brought a fresh energy to the menu while keeping fan favorites intact.

There’s the bison hash, one of the most popular dishes on the menu. The lemon ricotta pancakes, which have quietly built a cult following (including one regular who orders a plate to eat and another to go). And a rotating quiche built on house-made crust that keeps things seasonal.

Even the smaller items are to die for. The yogurt parfait, layered with fresh berry compote and housemade granola using ingredients from Doubting Thomas Farms, is the kind of dish people don’t expect to remember, but do.

And then there’s Chef Emily’s Breakfast Burrito with house-made sausage, potato hash, eggs, and queso. Unbelievable.

Summer Vibes

Patios are about to fill up, and weekends are about to stretch a little longer.

701 Eateries is ready and they’re doubling down on amazing food and a fun atmosphere.

“We’re just leaning into the summer vibe,” Owner Britt Belquist said. “We have our brunch, rooftop, live music, and community. We just want this to be a place people want to spend time, and we have an amazing team led by Chef TJ Opdahl and Kitchen Manager Michael Reiss.”

Camp Lone Tree has always been one of 701’s biggest draws, but this season, it’s evolving from a feature into a focal point.

The rooftop will be open seven days a week, anchored by a menu that’s designed to feel casual, shareable, and unmistakably summer.

Think fresh fried tortilla chips, and a margarita that became one of last year’s most popular drinks. Add in crowd favorites like the corn dog, rotating pizzas, wings, and house-made ice cream sandwiches!

And that’s not it, there are s’mores kits, totating desserts, and drinks built for lingering because it’s about settling in!

Built Around Community

What separates 701 from a typical restaurant is the way the space is used. This summer, that shows up in a steady stream of collaborations and events designed to bring people in for more than just a meal..

There are live music nights on the rooftop every Thursday. Interactive brunch events that blend music, games, and dining. Hands-on craft sessions tied to holidays like Mother’s Day. And even wellness-focused mornings like rooftop yoga sessions.

“We’re always working with people in the community,” Britt said. “That’s a big focus for us.”

And it shows.

701 Eateries is a place you can go to start your morning, come back to in the afternoon, and end your night at.

Let’s enjoy summer!
